spnpkr Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering on, or using any service offered at spnpkr.net (hereinafter referred to as "spnpkr", "the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you ("the Player", "User", or "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. These Terms constitute a binding legal agreement between you and spnpkr.

If you do not agree with any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease use of the Platform and close your account if one has been created. Continued use of the Platform following any published amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to spnpkr is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. spnpkr enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years for all registered players without exception.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual player for personal entertainment purposes only, and not on behalf of any third party, commercial entity, or syndicate.
• You have not been self-excluded from spnpkr or any affiliated gaming platform, and are not subject to any active gaming prohibition or self-exclusion order.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, officer, director, or close family member of spnpkr or any of its affiliated entities, game providers, or software suppliers.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting activities under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction of residence.

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on spnpkr. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension and forfeiture of any balance held within duplicate accounts.

To create a spnpkr account, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name as it appears on your CNIC, your Pakistani mobile number, a valid email address, and your date of birth. You warrant that all information provided is truthful and belongs to you personally.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your spnpkr account credentials, including your password and any two-factor authentication codes. spnpkr will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify spnpkr immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

spnpkr operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme consistent with anti-money laundering obligations. Players are required to submit a clear copy of their CNIC (front and back) and may be requested to submit additional supporting documents including proof of address or source of funds verification. Failure to complete KYC verification will restrict withdrawals until the process is completed to spnpkr's satisfaction.

All transactions on spnpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). spnpkr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and selected Visa/Mastercard cards where available.

• The minimum deposit amount is Rs 500. Specific game products or promotional offers may carry higher minimum deposit requirements as stated at the time of the offer.
• Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. spnpkr does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits from payment accounts belonging to another person may be refunded and will not be credited to your gaming balance.
• spnpkr does not charge deposit processing fees. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which spnpkr bears no responsibility.
• Deposits are credited to your account wallet in PKR. spnpkr does not accept cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or any payment method not listed in this section without prior written agreement.

spnpkr employs automated and manual fraud detection systems. Accounts suspected of fraudulent deposit activity — including but not limited to chargebacks, unauthorised card use, or money laundering — will be suspended pending investigation. spnpkr reserves the right to report suspected financial crime to relevant authorities and to cooperate fully with any resulting regulatory or law enforcement inquiry.

Withdrawals from your spnpkr account are available to players who have completed full KYC verification. spnpkr targets a withdrawal processing time of fifteen (15) minutes for JazzCash and EasyPaisa transfers from verified accounts. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within two (2) to four (4) business hours.

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rs 500. Maximum single-transaction and daily withdrawal limits apply as stated in your account settings and may vary by player tier or payment method.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit, wherever technically possible. spnpkr may request additional verification documentation before approving withdrawal requests exceeding defined thresholds.
• Bonus funds and winnings derived from active bonus wagering requirements are not eligible for withdrawal until all applicable wagering conditions have been met in full.
• spnpkr reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing pending the outcome of any responsible gaming review, fraud investigation, or KYC verification process.

spnpkr offers a range of promotional incentives including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback credits, and VIP programme rewards. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published at the time of the offer, which form part of these Terms & Conditions when accepted.

All bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to withdrawable cash. The wagering multiplier, eligible games, time limits, and maximum bet restrictions applicable to each bonus are stated in the individual promotion's terms. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the stated time period will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived solely from bonus funds.

spnpkr reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or reverse any bonus or bonus-derived winnings where there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim a bonus more than once, using low-risk betting strategies specifically designed to meet wagering requirements without genuine game participation, or colluding with other players. spnpkr's determination of bonus abuse is final.

Welcome bonuses are available to new players on their first qualifying deposit only. One welcome bonus per person, per household, per device, and per payment method applies. spnpkr reserves the right to decline, reclaim, or cancel any welcome bonus claimed in breach of this restriction.

All games available on spnpkr — including live dealer games, RNG slot titles, sports betting markets, fishing arcade games, and card games — are subject to game-specific rules published within each game's interface. In the event of any conflict between general platform Terms and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to game outcomes.

All RNG-based games on spnpkr use certified random number generators that have been independently audited for fairness and statistical integrity. spnpkr does not modify, interfere with, or influence any game outcome. Return-to-player (RTP) percentages are published for all slot and casino games available on the Platform.

Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical dealing or spinning in a studio environment monitored by real-time video stream. spnpkr bears no responsibility for brief interruptions in stream quality resulting from Pakistani network conditions beyond the Platform's control. In the event of a disconnection during an active live game round, the outcome as recorded by the game server shall be final.

Settled bet outcomes are determined by the results of the relevant sporting event as officially confirmed by the recognised governing body of the sport. spnpkr reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including but not limited to: data feed errors, match abandonment, event cancellation, or evidence of match manipulation. PSL and international cricket bets are governed by the rules applicable to each competition format as published within the sports betting section of the Platform.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on spnpkr and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person in creating a duplicate account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or third-party identity information during registration, KYC verification, or any communication with spnpkr support.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other technological means to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics in a manner inconsistent with genuine player participation.
• Colluding with other players, dealer staff, or third parties to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting any technical error, software bug, or misconfigured game parameter to place bets or derive winnings outside the Platform's normal operating conditions. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a technical error are void and will not be paid.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other criminal financial activity. spnpkr complies with applicable AML legislation and will report suspicious transactions to relevant authorities without prior notice to the account holder.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward spnpkr staff or other platform users through any communication channel.

spnpkr is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment for all Pakistani players who choose to use the Platform. Gaming should be an enjoyable form of entertainment — not a financial solution or a response to personal stress.

spnpkr provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible directly from your account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit amounts. Increases to deposit limits are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period before taking effect.
• Loss Limits: Define the maximum amount you are willing to lose over a specified period. Loss limits take effect immediately once set.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been logged into the Platform for a defined period of time.
• Self-Exclusion: Request temporary (30 days, 90 days, or 6 months) or permanent self-exclusion from spnpkr. During a self-exclusion period, your account will be suspended and you will not be contacted with promotional materials. Self-exclusion requests are processed within 24 hours of submission.

spnpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe following a withdrawal request.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or abuse of the Platform's systems or promotions.
• Discovery that the account holder is under the age of 21, or that false information was provided during registration.
• A Player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request submitted under Section 9.

Upon permanent account closure, any verified PKR balance belonging to the player (exclusive of bonus funds and winnings derived solely from unwagered bonuses) will be returned to the player's registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe, subject to completion of any outstanding verification or investigation.

All content appearing on spnpkr.net — including but not limited to the spnpkr brand name and logo, website design and layout, game graphics and animations, text content, promotional materials, and software code — is the property of spnpkr or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any Platform content without spnpkr's prior written consent.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, spnpkr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill.

spnpkr's total aggregate liability to you under any circumstances shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your spnpkr account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

spnpkr collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms & Conditions by reference. By registering an account on spnpkr, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

spnpkr will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes without your explicit consent. Personal data shared with payment processors, identity verification providers, and gaming regulators is shared solely for the purpose of fulfilling the services described in these Terms. spnpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the email address associated with their account and/or via a prominent notice on the spnpkr.net homepage, with a minimum of seven (7) days' notice before the revised Terms take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revisions. If you do not agree with amended Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure by contacting spnpkr support at the contact details provided in Section 16.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising from your use of spnpkr shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction under which spnpkr holds its gaming licence. spnpkr operates under offshore gaming jurisdiction oversight.

If you wish to raise a dispute regarding any aspect of your spnpkr account or a transaction, you must first contact spnpkr's customer support team with full details of your complaint. spnpkr will acknowledge your complaint within 24 hours and provide a substantive response within five (5) business days. If you are unsatisfied with the outcome of spnpkr's internal dispute resolution process, you may escalate the matter to the relevant regulatory authority for the licensing jurisdiction.

These Terms & Conditions are published in English. In the event of any conflict or inconsistency between an English version and any translation of these Terms, the English version shall prevail.
